What it costs

A 30-guest wedding · three nightsFrom USD 7,900

We publish a starting figure for each season, so you can estimate the budget before you inquire.

Starting figure by season

Low seasonAug 30 – Oct 31
USD7,900
Mid seasonMay 17 – Aug 29 · Nov 1 – Dec 19
USD8,700
High seasonJan 15 – May 16
USD9,600
PremiumDec 20 – Jan 17 · Easter week
USD11,400

That number covers three nights of the entire villa including tax, the USD 2,000 event fee, and the USD 70 per person menu for thirty.

The villa rate is accommodation only and does not change with the number of event guests — it changes with the season. Florals, decor, rental furniture, bar, music and photography are quoted separately. 2027–2028 season rates.

For thirty guests that works out at about USD 320 per person for an entire wedding weekend, with the villa closed to everyone else.

Before you ask

What you should know from the outset.

Music until 11

The villa sits in a residential neighbourhood. DJs and live music are welcome, and amplified music ends at 11 p.m. The celebration continues indoors at a lower volume. We state it from the outset so it can be built into the plan.

Parking for 4 cars

For a wedding that is not enough, which is why we recommend coordinated transport. The team arranges private vans for arrivals and departures.

Symbolic or legal ceremony

The ceremonies held here are symbolic. A civil ceremony can also be arranged, coordinated in advance.

Three-night minimum

The villa is always booked whole, never by the room.

Security and housekeeping

On-site security from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., event nights included. During the celebration there is housekeeping support in the common areas, included in the fee.

What the USD 2,000 fee covers

Preparation and reset of the villa's spaces, housekeeping support during the event, and a dedicated Villa Manager on site throughout.
